Biographie
Patrice Reis est maître de conférences en droit privé, habilité à diriger des recherches et directeur adjoint du GREDEG UMR 7321 CNRS/UCA au sein de la Faculté de droit et de sciences politiques de l’Université Côte d’Azur.
Ses travaux de recherches se rattachent à l’ école de droit économique de Nice en se concentrant sur le cœur du droit économique à savoir le droit de la concurrence. Ils ont concerné et/ou portent notamment sur la concurrence et les marchés publics, les procédures négociées en droit de la concurrence, sur les abus de dépendance économique.
Il travaille aussi sur les liens entre numérique et concurrence notamment dans le cadre de programmes de recherches tels que droit et objets connectés ou encore des travaux de la chaire d’excellence scientifique DL4T (Deep law for Tech).

Biography
Patrice Reis is a senior lecturer in private law, accredited to supervise research, and deputy director of GREDEG UMR 7321 CNRS/UCA within the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Côte d’Azur.
His research is linked to the Nice School of Economic Law, focusing on the core of economic law, namely competition law. It has concerned and/or concerns competition and public procurement, negotiated procedures in competition law, and abuse of economic dependence.
He also works on the links between digital technology and competition, particularly in the context of research programs such as law and connected objects, and the work of the DL4T (Deep Law for Tech) Chair of Scientific Excellence.
